Application design while at Crown Digital
Crown digital is a tech-startup that looks to revolutionize the café industry through the use of robotics.
One of the key task when re-designing the application was the need to chart out the different user flows as the application was aimed for 2 different uses. Firstly would be the Café side of the business and the second was the autonomous robotic barista.
Each portion of the different user flow was researched with user interviews and testing with the then existing application.
After research has been conducted, the team convened to identify where users faced issues and worked with the business side to priorities our sprints. Identifying high value, low effort fixes while scheduling the high value and critical fixes to be released.
